Peak Music and Dance Studios, Inc. Text Message Terms

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Peak Music and Dance Studios, Inc. (“Peak Music and Dance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.
1. What we send
Text messages from Peak Music and Dance are sent from our studio number, 518-708-8050, and may include:
- Replies to an inquiry you sent us
- Consultation booking confirmations and reminders
- Class, lesson, and appointment reminders and schedule changes
- Information about programs, enrollment, events, and studio news
2. How you join
You will only receive text messages from us if you have asked to. You can join by:
- Checking the text message consent box on a form on peakmusicanddance.com
- Checking the text message consent box on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms
- Telling a member of our staff in person or on the phone that you would like us to text you
- Texting our studio number first
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of contacting us, booking a consultation, or enrolling in any program. We do not buy phone numbers, and we do not add anyone to this program without a record of their consent.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how you are interacting with us. Most people receive a small number of messages around an inquiry, a booking, or a scheduled class. Promotional messages are infrequent.
4. Cost
We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further text messages unless you join again. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing or calling the studio using the details below.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and it does not affect any enrollment, class, or account you hold with us.

7. Supported carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and your device, and messages may occasionally be delayed or fail to arrive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are collected by Peak Music and Dance for our own use only. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers who operate our messaging platform so that they can deliver messages on our behalf, and with no one else. 9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
